1. Who we are

DeskRank (https://deskrank.pages.dev) publishes independent home office gear reviews. This policy explains what happens to any personal data we collect, or you provide, when you visit our site.

2. Data we collect

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address and the date you subscribed. We use it only to send the newsletter you asked for; every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Contact messages. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer, then deleted.

Usage data. Like most sites, we use analytics and advertising services that process standard web logs — browser type, device, pages visited, approximate location. This data is processed by the third parties named below and is not combined with any personal information we hold.

3. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies to improve your experience and to enable our advertising partners:

  • Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads, measure their performance and personalise ads based on your browsing history. Google may use its advertising cookies to build a profile. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.

  • Amazon Associates sets a temporary cookie when you click an affiliate link, so Amazon can attribute a purchase to our site. It does not identify you to us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies does not stop ads — they just become less relevant. For cookie consent management in the EU, we comply with applicable requirements by informing you of this processing.

5. Third-party links

Our affiliate and outbound links lead to third-party sites (e.g. Amazon) with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those sites process data.

6. Your rights
